RECEIVING AND STORAGE
Storage is a very big part of our customer service. Many of you already know the value and savings we can provide. We take care of receiving, storage, and releasing of material that we hold for you.
The primary reason for installers delay is incomplete or confusing information when picking up material from big stores. In a continuing effort to improve our prompt, efficient service, we ask that your installers have the following information upon arrival at our facilities:
Name of seller (retail, decorator, etc.)
Side mark (customer or job name)
Amount and type of material Mill, Manufacturer, or Distributor
Call Hours are:
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
PICK UP SERVICES
LOOKING TO SAVE ON ASTRONOMICAL FREIGHT AND FUEL SURCHARGE?
Along with shipping and receiving we also pick up at Mohawk, Brauns and Shaw. We charge just one low flat fee for up to 5 rolls/cut to be picked up and brought back to our warehouse.
